This policy applies to all orders placed on farhania.com. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from our warehouse. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen method. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Note: Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing for international orders.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
The 30-day period begins on the delivery date shown on your tracking information, giving you enough time to inspect the item regardless of how long shipping took.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-returnable items: Personalized/custom orders, intimate apparel, perishable goods, and final sale/clearance items (clearly marked on the product page).
- Defective or damaged items are fully covered under our damage policy below.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@farhania.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Processing Timeline
- Once we receive your return, inspection takes 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds or exchanges are processed immediately after inspection.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).
Refund Details
- Full refund (including original shipping cost) if the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective, or damaged on arrival).
- For all other returns, we refund the item price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the new item is more expensive, you will be charged the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@farhania.com with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including return shipping).
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
